I’m “J”, pleasure to meet ya bud. I’ve spent a career in the United States Army coaching, teaching, and mentoring men and women to achieve their personal, professional, physical, life goals, and overcome extreme challenges. 

I’ve been coaching and counseling men for Dad Starting Over for two years now on a range of different topics, including:

I’m an original member of the DSO Fraternity, first expansion coach hired by DSO, and I’ve helped inspire men all around the world to go on the offensive in their lives and get what they want.

I joined the DSO world in January of 2020 and rapidly improved my marriage. A few years later my marriage slowly died over the course of a year due to my former wife’s inability to address her alcohol addiction. I’m now a single man navigating single life, co parenting, and reorienting to where I want to go. I’ve run the whole gamut of the DSO journey and can give you critical advice at any point in your journey.

I’m an excellent and effective listener, motivator, and coach. I enjoy working long-term with clients and watching them achieve their goals in life.
